Managing Director, A2E Partners
Amir is an entrepreneurial ecosystem builder: helping large corporations, governments, universities and other organizations to achieve their growth objectives through internationally-connected entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Earlier in his career, Amir led Global Go-to-Market for Israeli startups that aspired for global leadership from the very first day, such as: NASDAQ-traded Fibronics’ Sales & Marketing in France and neighboring countries during the late 1980’s; NiceCom (a leader in ATM switching; acquired by 3Com) global business (0 to $200M in 3 years) during the 1990’s; Aternity (application performance management software) co-founder, President and Board member mid/late 2000’s. Starting in 2010, Amir has taken an active role in multiple Boston-based community initiatives, with a global touch: Boston World Partnerships, Global CleanTech Meetup and others, and MassChallenge. As Director of Global Partnerships at MassChallenge, Amir co-founded MassChallenge Israel, played a key role in establishing MassChallenge in Lausanne (Switzerland), and led a high-impact partnership between the city of Boston, MassChallenge and the Lyon, France ecosystem. Today, Amir manages A2E Partners, a boutique consultancy firm he founded, providing entrepreneurial ecosystem services to large corporations, universities and governments.
